I want to amend the style of my custom box that I have ordered — can I do that?
Yes, you can change or edit the design of your custom box within 2 to 3 days of placing your order. After 3 days, the order is sent to production where the template is installed in the machines and printing has begun, so amendments are no longer possible. If you need to make any changes, please inform us within that window.
Can I provide my own artwork for the custom box design?
Absolutely. You can send us your own artwork and our team will apply it to your boxes. Please provide the design in soft format — preferably an Adobe-compatible file — and we’ll take care of the rest.
Do you have templates or samples of your boxes?
Yes, we have a wide range of material and style samples available. You can review and select based on samples, and any design can be modified to suit your needs. Every box style and finish can be tailored to your choice.
Do you offer box styles not listed on your website?
Yes. If you have a specific box idea in mind that isn’t shown on our website, just share your concept or template and we’ll bring it to life. We’ve done our best to list all common styles, but we’re not limited to them.
Do you offer custom box styles?
Yes. EcoFold Packaging offers fully flexible custom box styles. You can choose from options on our website — from Tuck-End Boxes to Double Wall Front Tuck End Mailer Boxes — or request something entirely unique.
Can I have printing on both the inside and outside of the box?
Yes. We offer full inside and outside printing. Just share your artwork details and we’ll handle the rest — your packaging can be as detailed and branded as you like.
Why do you need the dimensions of my product?
Accurate dimensions are essential to ensure your product fits perfectly. Without them, there’s a risk of an ill-fitting box that can look poor and fail to protect your product. Providing exact dimensions upfront helps us deliver a precise, professional result.
Do you offer graphic design services?
Yes. We offer full graphic design support. Once your order is placed, we can send you a 2D and 3D mockup of your box before production. We also support RGB, Vector, and Raster graphic formats.
Shipping, Payment & Delivery
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Your dedicated customer representative will notify you once your order has been dispatched, including shipping details and the estimated delivery timeframe.
When will I receive my custom box order?
Standard delivery is 8 to 10 business days. If you need your order sooner, we offer an expedited option of 6 to 8 days at a slightly higher rate. We’re committed to meeting your deadlines without compromising on quality.
Do you ship to countries other than Pakistan?
Yes. EcoFold Packaging ships internationally — including to the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, and across Europe. We can deliver worldwide, so wherever you’re based, we can reach you.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, UnionPay, and international bank transfers. Payment terms are confirmed before production begins.
Are there any hidden fees? What about die and plate costs?
No hidden charges — ever. All costs are communicated upfront. We do not charge separate die or plate fees. What you’re quoted is what you pay.
Will my colours match if I reorder the same box?
Yes. To ensure colour consistency on a reorder, we recommend working with the same representative and providing your previous order details or design files as reference. Our team will match the colours as closely as possible.
Does EcoFold Packaging require a minimum order quantity?
Yes. Our minimum order quantity is 100 units per design style. Orders placed in larger quantities qualify for significant wholesale discounts — the more you order, the better the price per unit.
